Privacy Policy
RevRouter is a scheduling and booking software platform operated by Optimize Media LLC (“RevRouter,” “we,” “us”). We provide the technology that our business clients use to run their own application and booking programs. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written in plain business language and is not legal advice.
Who we are and how this policy applies
When you submit an application or booking form powered by RevRouter, you are interacting with one of our client programs. RevRouter processes your information on that client’s behalf as their software provider. The client program you signed up with is responsible for the offer and the relationship; RevRouter provides the platform that captures your form responses and sends program messages. This policy covers RevRouter’s handling of your information across the programs we host.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. Your name, email address, mobile phone number, and the answers you give in an application or booking form.
- Consent records. When you agree to receive messages, we record that you agreed, the exact consent language shown to you, a version identifier, and a timestamp.
- Technical information. Basic details your browser sends (such as the page you came from and campaign source parameters) and standard server logs used to run and secure the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate the client program you applied to: to schedule and confirm your call, to send appointment reminders and preparation instructions, to reply to your scheduling questions, and to keep the service secure and working. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing.
SMS / text message program
Text messages are sent through the RevRouter platform on behalf of our client programs. The brand name shown in each message is the program you signed up with, so you always recognize the sender. Messages are limited to booking confirmations, appointment reminders, pre-call preparation instructions, and replies to your own scheduling questions.
We never share or sell your SMS opt-in information or your mobile phone number to third parties for their own marketing. Your consent to receive texts stays with the program you gave it to.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies — typically 4–7 messages per booked appointment, and never more than 3 messages in any 24-hour period.
- Rates. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and receive no further texts from that number. Reply START to resubscribe.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at nick@whynotgrowth.com.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying, booking a call, or purchasing anything. You can withdraw consent at any time using the instructions above.
How we share information
We share your information only as needed to run the service: with the client program you applied to, and with service providers that operate parts of the platform on our behalf (such as messaging carriers, scheduling, and hosting) under obligations to protect it. We do not sell your personal information, and — as stated above — we never share or sell SMS opt-in data or mobile numbers to third parties for marketing. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service.
Data retention and security
We keep your information for as long as needed to operate the program and to meet legal, accounting, and consent-record requirements, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below; we will honor applicable privacy rights. Withdrawing consent will not affect any processing already carried out.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
