Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the RevRouter platform, a scheduling and booking software service operated by Optimize Media LLC (“RevRouter,” “we,” “us”). RevRouter powers the application and booking programs of our business clients. By submitting a form or receiving messages through the platform, you agree to these terms. This document is written in plain business language and is not legal advice.
The service
RevRouter provides the software our clients use to run their own application, booking, and appointment-messaging programs. When you apply to or book a call with a program, RevRouter captures your responses and delivers program messages on that client’s behalf. The client program you signed up with is responsible for its own offer and relationship with you.
Using the platform
- You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes.
- You agree not to interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its data.
- The platform, its software, and its content are owned by RevRouter or its licensors and are provided to you under a limited, revocable right to use them for their intended purpose.
SMS / text message terms
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you may receive text messages sent through the RevRouter platform on behalf of the program you signed up with. Messages are limited to booking confirmations, appointment reminders, pre-call preparation instructions, and replies to your scheduling questions.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. Agreeing to receive texts is not required to apply, book a call, or purchase anything.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies — typically 4–7 messages per booked appointment, never more than 3 in any 24-hour period.
- Rates. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out and help. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and receive no further texts from that number; reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email nick@whynotgrowth.com.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle the information tied to this program, including your mobile number, is described in our Privacy Policy. We never share or sell your SMS opt-in data or mobile number to third parties for marketing.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that messages will always be delivered on time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevRouter and Optimize Media LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
